Flexible Personalization for Multi-Scratch-off applications
The Print M personalization machine is a high speed solution for the personalization of prepaid phone cards. At a speed of up to 30,000 cards/hour Print M meets all market requirements: innovative printing technology, user-friendly machine handling, easily accessible components and a touch screen panel with graphical interface.
One highlight is the multi-scratch-off personalization with simultaneous application of up to 5 PIN covered with scratch-off labels at full speed. Print and label can be applied in transversal or longitudinal direction without rotation of the card.
Innovative printing systems print international and alphanumeric characters. A 2-head camera system is responsible for quality control and evaluation purposes. The modular machine design allows easy integration of additional components.
